WHO WE ARE

One for One foundation is an Indian NGO, which is created to substantiate that even a dime of your hard earned money can create profound impact on the lives of our impoverished brethren. We oftentend to undermine the power of kindness and generosity presuming that our little contribution is insignificant. Here, we embody the essence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s renowned words: “Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects.” Our NGO is aimed to collect your contribution, anything that you can give withease, to create a significate change and instill hope of a better future in the hearts of people who are on the verge of losing hope. We are a non-governmental organization providing support to enhance the quality of life of everyone, particularly those facing profound hardships.

We are inspired by this quote – सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः, सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु, मा कश्चित् दुःखभाग् भवेत्॥
Which translates in English as – “May all be happy, May all be free from illness,
May all see auspiciousness, May no one suffer.”

OUR CAUSES

Food for all

One for One foundation has been providing nutritious food to millions of people in need. While fighting hunger, we also conduct awareness about incorporating healthy and sustainable lifestyles. Over and above that, we also sensitize people about food wastage as we acknowledge that food wastage not only contributes to environmental degradation through greenhouse gas emissions and wasted resources, but it also exacerbates food insecurity for millions of people around the world.

Education for all

One for One foundation has been supporting schools through cash and kind to enable affordable education to economically disadvantaged children. Further, we have been connecting with the children in-person to encourage them to study and envision a successful life for themselves. We mentor the children to set a goal for themselves and partner them to achieve the same. The spark in their tiny eyes is one of our greatest motivations and we are striving to achieve what we rekindled in the little hearts.

Health for all

One for One foundation has contributed to individuals who were in dire need of financial support to avail health care. This support has been crucial in enabling them to receive medical treatment and care that they otherwise would not have been able to afford. By alleviating the financial burden, we have helped these individuals focus on their health and well-being, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention to recover and improve their quality of life.

Vocational training

One for One foundation aims at providing not just immediate assistance, but also empowering individuals with the resources and support they need to sustain their well being in the long term. Our goal is to address the root causes of challenges and provide holistic solutions that encompass overall wellbeing along with social and economic stability. We provide financial support to individuals to undergo vocational training, and we also financially support the institutions that impart vocational training to the economically weaker students.
