Rob Stone – PresidentRob Stone graduated in 2009 from Pepperdine University with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Spanish completed through intensive study abroad opportunities in Madrid, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rob Stone decided to start One for One Foundation in order to create a platform for transforming villages through building projects that include providing micro-finance loans to entrepreneurs and educational resources to struggling communities. |

Kelly Stone – Vice PresidentKelly graduated from Pepperdine University where she majored in Television Production, with a minor in both Spanish and Social Work. For the last five years Kelly has been involved with a number of Non-Profit Organizations including the Esperance Center, Day Break, and Meals on Wheels while also volunteering her time with projects in both Mexico and Ecuador. On the Galapagos Islands Kelly assisted “El Parque Nacional de los Galapagos” in their efforts with forest restoration and wildlife conservation by helping translate and document the work being done. Kelly is now offering her vibrant energy in furthering various projects with One for One Foundation. |

Dillon Desai – Co-Founder - Advisory BoardDillon brings a wealth of knowledge from the finance industry with over five years of experience working for a variety of different firms in analytical roles. He received a degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California in Economics and Political Science. His experience and education have focused on strategic development and planning for small to mid-sized companies, but his passion is community building. |

David Tari – Co-Founder - Advisory BoardWhile studying at Pepperdine University, David became inspired by the success stories of micro-finance around the world, and decided to take action. He co-founded One for One and started raising money to fund the micro-finance project in Adulam, Argentina. Within the first two years of operation, the project helped over 40 entrepreneurs start their own businesses. David co-directed One for One while finishing his undergraduate degree in international business, and graduated with honors in 2009. |

Bryan Longpre – Chief Financial OfficerBryan attended San Diego State University before transferring to California State University of Northridge (CSUN) in 2009. He graduated from Northridge in 2010 with cum laude honors and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Shortly after graduation, Bryan signed a contract to play professional baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays. He played for 3 seasons in the minor leagues before retiring in 2013. Bryan is currently working full-time as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Bryan works with other nonprofits such as the Character and Ethics Project and Association of Professional Baseball Players. He also spends many hours as a volunteer for various community groups and causes throughout Southern California. Bryan is passionate about organizations like One for One and is excited to be the new CFO for the foundation. |

Tyler Longpre – Director of Public RelationsTyler earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton in 2011. In 2010 Tyler headed a fundraising and awareness campaign for StandUp for Kids - Orange County. Tyler helped raise over $2,500 by planning a wine tasting event and garnered 10 local media placements. Tyler began her career at Quantum Method, a start-up communications and marketing company, where she secured media placements for various nonprofits and medical technology companies. Tyler recently switched her focus and is teaching preschool in La Crescenta, while in the process of attaining her California Teacher’s Credential. Tyler hopes with her public relations background and experience working with nonprofit organizations, she will be able to help continue the successful impact of One for One. |

Steve Canares - Advisory BoardSteve was born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey near the coastline of the illustrious Jersey Shore. He pursued his undergraduate education at Rutgers University, graduating from Rutgers in 2005. Steve has worked as a multifamily underwriter at Prudential Financial for the past 4 years and is a happy resident of the Washington DC metro area. Although the majority of his working career after college has been spent in the real estate and finance industry, his true passion has been oriented with social and economic development. Steve started this pursuit at Rutgers and co-founded an investment club targeted at providing financial education to traditionally underrepresented ethnic groups. As an avid traveler and to further cultivate these interests, he has worked with a few non-profit groups and communities abroad, specifically in Central and South America. Steve’s work at Rutgers and his travels continue to reaffirm his belief that we all have the capability to inspire change and constantly reinvent both ourselves and the communities that we serve. |

Kaitlin Flynn- Board MemberA native of Lafayette, La., Kaitlin is a senior at Pepperdine University, where she is double majoring in Spanish and journalism. Her passions for teaching and community service have led her to teach with nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles County and abroad. She is the president of Pepperdine’s chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society. As a journalist, she has written for The Graphic newspaper as well as Currents Magazine. She is currently working for One for One Foundation as an event planner and public relations specialist. She is eagerly awaiting her next trip to Argentina with the One For One team! |

Kenneth Chawkins – Board MemberKen Chawkins is currently the Training Lead for Southern California Edison’s SAP Deployment project. He is responsible for training/preparing all Edison employees, contractors and retirees for the most significant systemic work-process change in company’s history. Prior to this assignment with Edison, Chawkins held various senior management positions with the company including Training Manager, District Superintendent (North Orange County District), Special Assistant to the CEO and Regional Public Affairs Manager for the San Gabriel Valley. He has been with the company for 13 years. |

Rafael De Sanzo – Board MemberAn attorney in both Argentina and the USA, Mr. De Sanzo holds extensive legal and international business experience and is an expert at bridging the gaps between Argentina and other countries. Most recently, Mr. De Sanzo was the General Secretary for the Consular Press Organization in Los Angeles, California. It was there that Mr. De Sanzo also served as Legal Advisor and Press Attaché to the Argentine General Consulate and Promotion Center. His background also includes time as a Legal Advisor in Argentina’s National Senate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A member of the Foreign Service since 1989, Mr. De Sanzo holds law degrees from the National University of Buenos Aires and the Argentina’s Foreign Service Institute. He also holds an LLM in Common Law Studies, International & Comparative Law from Georgetown University’s Law School. |

Gene “Chip” Stone – Board MemberChip currently works for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as Senior Vice President – Senior Investment Management Consultant. Chip has worked as a Financial Advisor from 1980-2010. During his tenure he has served the community with distinction and integrity. Chip was the founding president of both the “Glendale Educational Foundation” and “The Character and Ethics Project,” and his heart for service giving back has earned him the distinction of being named the “Man of the Year” in both La Crescenta and Glendale, California. |

Rachel Williams – Advisory BoardRachel received an International Business degree from Pepperdine and is preparing to begin an MBA program this spring. After studying abroad in Argentina in 2009, Rachel lived in the village of Adulam, Argentina for three months, where she began to work with One for One Foundation’s micro-finance and education projects. She returned to Pepperdine to continue her education and work with One for One’s domestic sector. She has since returned to Adulam, Argentina bringing with her a team of volunteers. |
